This return and cancellation policy applies to packing and unpacking assistance services booked through drainingclearing.world for moves in Canada (Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area). We are located at 98 Merkley Square, Toronto, ON M1G 2Y7, Canada, and provide packing and unpacking help for residential and small business moves across the GTA and Ontario. Our services are performed on a scheduled basis. This policy explains cancellations, rescheduling, and any applicable refunds for our moving assistance services.
Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel or reschedule your packing or unpacking booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms will be confirmed at booking. In general, advance notice allows us to offer a refund or credit where applicable. Refunds are in CAD.
Cancellation by Us
We may need to reschedule or cancel in cases of severe weather (e.g. winter conditions in Ontario), safety concerns, or other events beyond our control. In such cases we will work with you to find a new date or provide a full refund for any amount paid for the affected packing or unpacking service.
Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Partial refunds may apply when only part of the booked packing or unpacking service is cancelled. All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
